During this kick-off meeting, you will become acquainted with the ambitions of Project Beethoven and gain insight into how educational institutions and companies are working together on a future-proof talent pipeline for the microchip sector.

explanation of initiatives around Life Long Learning (LLO), retraining and the influx of lateral entrants
